Orders must be received by Friday 5pm and are prepared over the weekend and dispatched 1st Class via Royal Mail on the following Monday. Due to Royal Mail regulations, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, incorrect, or incomplete purchases.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time but Royal Mail expect to deliver first class post in 1-2 days. If you require alternative postage, please get in touch via email@example.com and we will work with you to provide this.
