Due to the edible nature of our products, once your order has left Patticakes, we are unable to accept returns other than in exceptional circumstances where the flapjacks do not meet our high quality standards. If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch via sarah@patticakes.co.uk to see what we can do to address this. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for baked goods that have already been completely eaten.
